We celebrate every diploma earned and every student promoted to the next grade level. By offering case management, integrated student services, including mentoring and tutoring, we help ensure students stay on track to graduate.

Tier I: Schoolwide & Basic Needs
Widely accessible services such as school supplies, food assistance and motivational events that benefit the entire student body.
Tiers II & III: Case-Managed Services
Targeted interventions for identified students. Our staff works one-on-one to develop personalized success plans, coordinate resources and track progress throughout the year.
